TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to South African residents aged 18 and above.
    • Employees of YOUFM and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    • Entries via the You Connect app or Instagram must adhere to the instructions outlined above.
    • Duplicate entries will not be considered.
  3. Competition Details:
    • Winners from on-air competitions must be available for their live quiz at the specified time.
    • Social media entries must meet all requirements to qualify.
  4. Prize Details:
    • Each winner will receive one set of double tickets to the Purple Soul Train on a Cruise taking place on the 15th of December 2024.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Winner Announcement:
    • Winners will be contacted directly via phone or Instagram.
    • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
  6. Additional Information:
    • YOUFM reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
    • By entering, participants agree to the use of their names, photos, and likenesses for promotional purposes without compensation.
  7. Competition Period:
    • The competition runs from 05 December 2024 to 11 December 2024.
